In order to improve the quality of listed companies of the new board, promote the perfection and maturity of the capital market system, promote the sustainable and healthy development of the listed companies of the new board. Under the support and guidance of Shantou municipal Committee and Shantou municipal government, the Guangdong Hui source machinery co., ltd ( stock code: 835204 ) and other eight enterprises launched and established the Shantou new board listed enterprises association. Our company, as the initiator, was invited to participate in the first general meeting of the new board association of Shantou city, Shantou city, which was held in Shantou on June 17, 2017.

The deputy general manager of our company, Chen Xingxiang,, dongmi Zheng Taomei, represented my department at the meeting, actively voting through the articles of association and the management measures for the payment of dues, and elected the first Council, the supervisor, the president of the association, the vice - president, vice - president and the secretary - general. During the meeting, our company was elected as the first vice president and the first board of directors of the new third board of Shantou city.

In the future, our company will actively play the leading exemplary role of the vice - president unit, in order to promote the quality of the new board enterprises in Shantou city, guide the standardization operation and sustainable development of the new board enterprises, and promote the improvement of the capital market system.
